Starts 6 weeks prior the event day. With all your vendors and venue booked, we will assist you creating a timeline and finalizing your event details for the big day. On the event day, you will have a team of 2 coordinators up to 10hrs to manage your day so you can relax, enjoy and celebrate your special day.
This package is offered only for Bar/Bat Mithvahs, Quinceañeras, Sweet 16th, Birthdays and similar celebrations. Weddings are not included due to the intricate planning and logistics involved. Our goal is to provide the highest level of attention and detail tailored to each event type!
Partial Planning. Investment Starts at $5500
This package is designed for couples that have booked their venue and all or most of the vendors but need assistance coordinating all the details prior the wedding or event to ensure a properly flow on the special day.
Starting 3 months prior the event, this is the busiest time, and we are here to help you secure and put together all the details, updates and take the stress away from you so you can relax for your upcoming day.

This is a Premium Planning and Design service designed for the couple who would like to have each detail prepared for them, needs guidance to achieve their dream wedding and would like to have a Luxury Wedding Planner to personally assist you with the entire planning process, leaving more time for you to enjoy with your fiancée, friends and family.
From design of your different events to budget management and venues selection, we will put together the perfect vendor team to bring to reality your vision and create your dream wedding!
