Neema & Haris Thank You Words to Vanessa Domenech Events

Neema & Haris met in 2013 and had the most romantic proposal. 

Haris proposed on a rooftop in San Francisco. Neema thought they were going to a cooking class, but really, he had a violinist along with an entire setup and all of their closest friends and family flew in to celebrate and surprise us. It was perfect!

I cannot express how thankful I am for the extraordinary effort Vanessa put into making my dream fairytale wedding a reality. Her unwavering commitment and meticulous attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and I am genuinely appreciative of the magic she brought to every aspect of the event(s). Vanessa worked with us on our wedding (Jan 2024). The wedding was a hybrid Peruvian-Indian wedding with elements from both cultures. Vanessa helped us source a ton of vendors. She was on ALL calls with vendors and knew which questions to ask and what details to confirm. And she insisted on personally reviewing every contract from a vendor before we signed to make sure there were no fine-print "gotchyas" to worry about.  She also was in constant contact with the vendors leading up to the event giving them a detailed schedule the day for when vendors arrived, when they needed to complete set up, how breakdown worked, complete with photos of the venue she took with her phone, measurements, and other small details. (Honestly, this thing is impressive to review.)

The Best Coordinator Around!

Vanessa is the best by a mile! She was incredibly helpful and super detailed before the actual wedding, but was also kind and patient the day of. She was incredibly available ahead of time, responding promptly to any questions we had. And the templates she sent out were a life-saver. She thought of all of the things we could never have imagined. And not surprising, on the actual day she ran the whole show with the panache of an orchestra conductor. And don't get me started on her team! Kellie and Crystal felt like an extension of Vanessa, always anticipating needs and solving any problems that arose. They executed the vision we had far better than we could have hoped for. Stop looking at other coordinators and hire Vanessa already!

Being a film producer for over 25 years and having strong organizational skills  it seemed to me that organizing a wedding is like producing a film. So, I started producing my wedding – which was to be the best wedding anyone of my guests would have ever experienced. Like any bride I wanted my absolute dream wedding. It was to be organized to the smallest detail, glamorously designed, with elegant invitations, only the best china, the best chairs, tables, furniture’s, linens, amazing flowers, and so forth. It was planned as the most elegant, classy, dreamlike wedding anyone could ever imagine. As I started to put the pieces together I realized, this is much more than I could handle. There was no way I could do this alone. Even for me a producer of Hollywood films, this became just too much. I interviewed various wedding planners, but didn’t really feel anyone of them had a strong handling on my extravaganza of a wedding. Until Vanessa came along. I was the luckiest bride on earth to have met Vanessa. Not only did she understand my extravagant vision perfectly, had the patience for my at times quite extraordinary wishes and my high quality demands, but she also kept me save from making mistakes. She is one of the most organized people I have met. And, for me to say this, it means something. I’m German – I’m born with the organization and efficiency gene. Vanessa was sweet, yet forceful. Charming, yet determined. A problem solver galore – always solutions ready to apply. And most important: Always smiling and always available for me. Any bride who wants their dream wedding realized would be in very good hands with Vanessa. She made my dream wedding come true and people are still speaking about my wedding with the highest compliments … even now weeks after the event.

We have seen many wedding planners on various occasions, Vanessa is unique in terms of being detail, going far and beyond the contract. That is the most impressive part of her service. She knows her field, keep every small detail in records and communications - you should be absolutely worry free on the day of event. I will highly recommend her for any such event.

Vanessa and her team did an absolutely FANTASTIC job with our wedding! We were continually impressed by her promptness, by her professionalism, by her familiarity with the official rituals and unofficial secrets of Indian / Hindu weddings, and by her willingness to literally go the extra mile for us in terms of buying small items on our behalf for subsequent reimbursement because Los Angeles was technically a 'destination wedding' for both of us. We were shocked when the entirety of wedding day, even the baraat entrance on a horse, actually ran ahead of schedule thanks to her hard work with coordinating everything. We owe her and her team so so much for making our wedding day so perfect!

Vanessa was our coordinator and she was honestly one of the best things that happened to us ;) She was very professional, quick to respond to every request, email, phone call. Vanessa is very organized and has a great system in place.

What makes Vanessa stand out from the rest of the wedding coordinators is her extensive experience with international (multicultural) weddings. She understands and is well aware of other cultures' customs and traditions.

My name is Jackie and I was a bride to be a few weeks ago and I am also a party Planner myself. But one thing I know is that I couldn't of done this without Vanessa and her teams help. I know that a budget for a wedding might get tight at one point but I can guarantee you that Best dream weddings is worth every single penny. Vanessa was a great help she kept in contact with all of our vendors and reviewed all of their contracts, she did a walk-through at the venue at church and was always keeping me informed of everything. the day of coordination was phenomenal we had a venue with 300 guest and Vanessa and her team were able to help all of our guest get seated and cover other details that I had asked for. Vanessa kept both my husband and myself on schedule all day. As a bride I can tell you that Best dream weddings is a stress relief.

Vanessa was awesome! She is very professional and took care of all our needs! I was very detailed with how I wanted my wedding decor and timeline to run and she had it on the nose. Everything she said would happen was delivered. Her assistants were super friendly and took care of everything. I was very calm as she had my complete trust.

I was very pleased that she was very concerned that our venue would return our full security deposit, she made sure that the rest of the vendors were doing their jobs and had everything under control. During and at the end of our event, I didn't have to lift a finger, no one asked me for anything, so that shows what a great coordinator she is!!! Our gifts were packed up, our props were packed up, and we had the time of our lives!

I was referred to Best Dream Weddings by a friend who used them. Vanessa was not only so organized and knowledgeable, but also she was a huge comfort and advocate during this very stressful and exciting time. She went to bat for me with the venue, and confirmed everything for our special day with the vendors. She had great wedding advice, thought of things I had not thought of, and responded to my multiple texts and emails always right away.
